Recently,the relevant person in charge of China Satellite Navigation System Office announced that,the basic system of Beidou III Navigation Satellite has been completed and started to provide global service,which marks China’s Beidou Navigation Satellite System(BDS)has ushered into a global service era.
What’s noticeably,among all the researchers and employees involved in BDS,the post-90s generation is becoming more and and more important to play a key role.according to the statistics,only in the fifth research institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation（CASC）,the amount of post-90s generation has exceeded 2400,accounting over 10%in total.
