Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS), a diversified holding company, today announced its plan to launch an on-demand cloud platform providing instant access to advanced NVIDIA GPUs. The service will be operated from the company’s Michigan artificial intelligence (AI) data center campus by its subsidiary, Alliance Cloud Services, LLC (ACS).
Scheduled for launch in the first half of 2026, the new platform is designed to offer flexible, immediate access to NVIDIA's latest graphics processing units, including the H100, B200, and B300 models. This initiative aims to empower enterprises, developers, and researchers by allowing them to deploy AI and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads without the significant capital expenditure of purchasing their own hardware.
The platform is expected to provide a scalable solution, enabling customers to begin with individual GPU instances and seamlessly expand to full clusters as their computational demands for training, inference, generative AI, and large-scale data analytics grow.
The Michigan Facility, which spans over 600,000 square feet on a 34.5-acre campus, is engineered to support high-density computing. It incorporates sustainable energy management and advanced cooling systems to ensure operational efficiency.
"Our mission is to democratize access to world-class computing," stated William B. Horne, Chief Executive Officer of Hyperscale Data. "By integrating NVIDIA's advanced Blackwell architecture into our Michigan Facility, we are enabling a new generation of innovators, from emerging AI startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, to accelerate their models and scale production workloads efficiently and sustainably."
The company has already established a proven operational track record at the facility. ACS currently operates NVIDIA GPU clusters for an existing customer, a Silicon Valley-based cloud services provider, laying a solid foundation for this expansion.
"Through ACS, we're building a true compute marketplace — immediate, elastic, and powerful," said Milton "Todd" Ault III, Executive Chairman of Hyperscale Data. "We look forward to announcing additional customers and forming new partnerships that will strengthen our mission to become one of the world's leading AI data center operators."
This strategic move positions Hyperscale Data to capitalize on the rapidly growing demand for scalable and accessible AI infrastructure.
