Future Form Manufacturing Unveils Major Rebrand and U.S. Expansion, Tripling Production Capacity

October 24, 2025

B&J Industries, a longstanding manufacturer of precision components for critical industries, has announced a comprehensive rebrand to Future Form Manufacturing, a move accompanied by a significant facility expansion that will triple its daily production output.

The company, which serves the data center, medical, defense, energy, and transportation sectors, has leased an additional 30,000-square-foot facility in Sparks, Nevada, located near its existing headquarters. This development brings its total operational footprint to nearly 100,000 square feet, with plans already in motion for a further 90,000-square-foot expansion.

In a statement, Future Form President Ben Thomas framed the rebrand as a strategic evolution. "We've moved beyond our regional company roots to help shape what the future of manufacturing looks like: precise automation paired with human craftsmanship, proven at enterprise scale," Thomas said.

The company confirmed that the newly acquired space will be equipped with more advanced machinery and robotics, including Multi-Jet Fusion 3D printing capabilities. This technology is noted as a rapidly growing area of demand, particularly from its medical, defense, and transportation clients.

The expansion is a direct response to surging growth in the data center and medical industries. For data center operators, Future Form manufactures critical infrastructure such as tube forests, fire suppression doors for safety compliance, custom server enclosures, and supporting sheet metal accessories like gantries and handrails.

For the healthcare sector, the company produces surgical table frames, testing equipment components, and other Class A finished parts within a clean, automated environment.

The strategic investment positions the newly named Future Form Manufacturing to significantly increase its production capacity and meet the escalating demands of its enterprise-scale customers.
