Last beams in place in Manassas and Lithia Springs
US data center firms Corscale and T5 have topped out their latest data centers.

CorScale tops out in Virginia
In Prince William County, US operator Corscale has topped out the latest building at its campus in Manassas.
“VA1.3 tops out! We are pleased to announce the successful structural topping out of the 54 MW third building at the Gainesville Crossing Campus in N. Virginia,” CorScale said on LinkedIn this week. “Congratulations to our team and Affinius Capital for reaching this milestone, and thanks to HITT Contracting Inc. for hosting the celebration.”
Corscale broke ground on its first building on the campus in February 2022. It was expected to come online in Q4 2022, but was recently delivered to the client.
Work started on the third building on the campus around February 2025. The two-story facility has already been fully leased to an undisclosed client.
At full build-out, the entire 130-acre campus is expected to span 2.3 million square feet (213,676 sqm) across five buildings with 325MW of IT capacity.
Corscale, an affiliate of Patrinely and Affinius Capital, has one campus in development in Prince William County, Virginia. The company is currently planning a 140MW campus in Iver, UK, and has plans for a second Virginia site in Loudoun County.
T5 tops out in Atlanta
US operator has topped out a data center at its Lithia Springs campus outside Atlanta, Georgia.
“We’re proud to celebrate the topping out of our T5@ATL III development — a key milestone marking the completion of the final steel sequence and another step forward for this world-class facility,” the company announced on LinkedIn last week.
At full build-out, the T5@Atlanta III campus will total 300MW across 1 million sq ft (92,903 sqm). According to the company’s website, the first of five buildings at the site offers 20MW across 162,500 sq ft (15,096 sqm).
T5 currently operates the T5@Atlanta site at 1456 Trae Lane outside Atlanta in Lithia Springs. The company has also filed to develop data centers around Atlanta in Fairburn and in Coweta County.
Founded in 2008, T5 develops build-to-suit data centers across the US. It has a presence across Chicago, Illinois; Atlanta, Georgia; Los Angeles, California; Hillsboro, Oregon; Dallas, Texas; Charlotte, North Carolina; and beyond. The company recently announced plans to develop multiple gigawatt-scale campuses, starting with a site outside Chicago, Illinois.
