Recently, all the main structure of the first phase of the project of China Telecom Zhengzhou Airlines Port Data Center was topped out.

China Telecom Zhengzhou Airport Data Center, also known as China Telecom Central Data Center, is located in Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone, Henan Province. It is a large-scale data center fully invested by China Telecom. The available land area for data center construction is 138 mu. The overall plan of the project is to build seven data centers, two oil engine buildings, one substation and one comprehensive service center, with a total construction area of about 180,000 square meters and a total investment of 3.4 billion yuan. The data center is designed to accommodate about 28,000 cabinets, and will focus on optical fiber networks, cloud computing data management centers, IDC data management centers, and large-channel transmission. The construction will be implemented in stages, and the construction will be undertaken by China Construction Seventh Bureau. China Telecom Zhengzhou Airport Data Center Park is a one-time plan and will be constructed in stages, which will be constructed by China Construction Seventh Bureau. According to reports, the data center will focus on optical fiber network, cloud computing data management center, IDC data management center, and large-channel transmission.

The first phase of the data center will start on October 23, 2021. The total construction area of the first phase of the project is 43,000 square meters, and the total investment of civil construction is 220 million yuan. The main construction contents include: No. 1 and No. 2 data centers, No. 1 oil engine building and outdoor auxiliary works; the first phase of mechanical and electrical engineering construction racks 5,744, with an average power consumption of 6kw and a total investment of 770 million yuan.

At present, 80% of the secondary structure construction of the first phase of the data center project has been completed, and the pipeline network, fire protection, water and electricity construction, etc. are being carried out simultaneously.
