This dedicated channel is the first direct high-speed channel in Fujian Province to reach the International Communication Accesses (国际通信出入口局). And for the first time, it will be constructed in the "1+2+N" model (uniform declaration of municipal-level regions, with the Xiamen Area of China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone and Xiamen National Torch High-tech Zone as the core, covering multiple parks under its jurisdiction).
After the dedicated channel is completed, the initial bandwidth capacity will reach 120G. Through the dedicated network independent of the public network, it can quickly reach the Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou Municipal International Communication Accesses, which can not only reduce the original multi-node hierarchical aggregation, but also be free from the interference of domestic public Internet traffic. It has a significant effect in reducing the round-trip access delay and packet loss rate, and promoting the performance of international Internet access, which can effectively improve Xiamen's communication services ability for international financial services, cross-border e-commerce, cross-border logistics, multinational manufacturing, and international cultural exchanges.
