The guideline stresses to explore new mode for smart city management,apply new technology to innovate city management mode,build up efficient and livable city,achieve networking,digitalization and intelligence of city management.Implement comprehensive experiment of big data application,promote building up big data center across departments,levels and business,accomplish data sharing and deeper application.Support Xiong’an New Area to push further“city brain”construction,explore to set intelligent management mode based on the integration of data research,judgement,decision and governance upon overall perception,provide simultaneous reacted,high-efficiently interconnected solutions for precise management fields of transportation,security,environmental sanitation and so on.
