Besides first 5G foldable smartphone, Huawei shipped over 40,000 5G base stations

IDCNOVA news,Feb 25,at the GTI ceremony held in Barcelona,Spain,it’s revealed that so far,Huawei already shipped over 40,000 5G base stations,acquired more than 30 commercial contracts and signed cooperation deals with over 50 partners.

Back in November 20,2018,Ken Hu,the rotating chairman of Huawei revealed that Huawei shipped over 10,000 5G base stations,and it reached 40,000 now within only 3 months,which proved more and more recognition of operators towards Huawei and also implied the accelerating commercialization of Huawei.


In Hangzhou and Seoul,etc,together with operators,Huawei is forging the Massive MIMO outside field to keep the over 1Gbps speed stable and lay the foundation for broad bandwidth and low delay of 5G in the future.

Besides Samsung,Huwei just launched Mate X,its first 5G foldable smartphone,costing RMB 17,948(2,299 Euros).Flex screen applied,Mate X could transform to 8 inch from portable 6.6 inch handset.Mate X provides the fastest speed upon its 5G chip Balong 5000,and it also support 4G network with dual groove design.
