China’s first 5G subway station launched in Chengdu City

The News office of Chengdu Municipal government announced that,China’s first 5G subway station has been launched on January 5,which is the first one with 5G signal in China.


Dec 7,2019/IDCNOVA news:The News office of Chengdu Municipal government announced that,China’s first 5G subway station has been launched on January 5 at the Taipingyuan Station Line 10,as the first one with 5G signal in China,it will become a key venue of 5G indoor distribution testing for China Mobile,Sichuan Branch.


The above mentioned 5G base station launched in Chengdu subway is the first 5G digital indoor distribution network based on 2.6GHz frequency spectrum in China.Specifically speaking,the previously deployed 5G base stations are mainly outdoors to expand the 5G network breadth,while the indoor distribution system is to solve the depth coverage of 5G network,aiming to reach each corner indoor.The deployment of 5G indoor distribution system symbolizes that the continuous and panoramic coverage of 5G is about to come true.
