Gui’an located in Southwest China Proposed to Build an Audit Data Center!

On 10th October, 2020, according to public information, the plan of ZK-16-04 land plot will be adjusted. This land plot will be divided into two parts, and one will remain unchanged, and the other part will be changed to the land for administrative office. According to relevant report, this part will be prepared for the Guizhou Provincial Audit Data Center, which is the third phase of the “Golden Audit Project”in Gui’an New District.  


The public information shows that ZK-16-04 is a residential land compatible with commercial use. The land area is 5.91 hectares , and building height restriction no greater than 48 meters.


After the adjustment, ZK-16-04-1 will be administrative office land with a land area of about 1.26 hectares. Planning conditions: plot ratio ≤ 1.2, building density ≤ 30%, green space ratio ≤ 35%; The nature of land usage of ZK-16-04-2 remains unchanged, the land area is about 1.26 hectares, and the planning conditions: plot ratio ≤ 2, building density ≤ 30%, green space ratio ≤ 35%.

It reports that the above-mentioned office land is planned to build the Guizhou Provincial Audit Data Center. The project is the third phase of the "Golden Audit Project" in Gui'an New District. The total investment is estimated to be about CNY 123 million and the building area is about 14,900 square meters.
