IDCNOVA news:On June 16,2019,Shenzhen Runxun,a well-known Chinese data center and cloud computing service provider signed a deal in Huainan City,East China’s Anhui Province.Shenzhen Runxun will invest 1 billion yuan for the Huainan Cloud Valley Big Data Industrial Park to forge up the largest independent data center cluster in East China.
According to the plan,Runxun will introduce T4 data center cluster and plan to install 20,000 racks.The site will occupy 13.3 hectares and dedicate to center around Anhui Province as well as covering the whole country to push the digital advancement provincially and nationally.

Mr.Hu Wenxian,the general manager of Shenzhen Runxun replied that they will keep pioneering exploration and expansion nationwide.Encountering the rapid development of big data,IoT and 5G,the demand for quality data center facilities will surge too.Mr.Hu added that they are planning to set up sites in Beijing,Xi’an and other cities and spare no efforts to achieve interconnect via high quality data center campuses.
Located in the Huainan High Tech Development Zone,which is a national Development Zone adjacent to Hefei,the capital of Anhui Province,a city famous for high tech and higher education,the cooperation between Shenzhen Runxun and Hainan is a win-win deal,Li Qun,the managing director of Huainan High Tech Development Zone said,Huainan will catch this opportunity to establish cloud computing industrial cluster and push digital economy.
