IDCNOVA news:To accelerate the commercial use for 5G in China,on the basis of Regulation of the People's Republic of China on Telecommunications,the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology amended Telecom Services Directory(2015 Version).
During the amendment,under the“A12 cellular mobile telecom service”of Classification A“basic telecom service”,“A12-4 the fifth generation digital cellular mobile telecom service”is added,which is commonly shorted as 5G.The detailed description goes as“the fifth generation digital cellular mobile telecom service refers to services of calling,data,multimedia,etc.via 5G network.The other services remain unchanged.
