China Hualu Group Co., Ltd. is a State-owned enterprise directly administrated by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC). Based on the state-owned capital and market mechanism, with the objective of developing into “China's leading and world's reputable state-owned enterprise in culture and information industry”, Hualu has created three industry modules: terminal manufacturing, information service and culture & media.
