China’s Zhongwei City boost big data industry

Dec 7,2019/IDCNOVA news:China’s Zhongwei City planned and implemented to turn its Gobi Dessert into innovation hot spot by dealing with dessert,fostering sand and big data industry,which is praised as typical governance and development demonstrations in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region by the State Council of China during the patrol inspection.


Regarding numerous headquarters,R&D centers,marketing centers located in Zhongguancun,Beijing as the“showcase shop”,and their relevant cloud service platforms located in Zhongwei City as the“backup factory”,Zhongwei applied such cooperation mode and reduced the comprehensive cost of large-scale enterprises by two thirds,and security level rising twice.140 cloud services projects and enterprises including AWS,Microsoft,China Mobile and so on all deployed in Zhongwei,thus a hyper scale cloud computing center consisting of 1 million servers,40 billion yuan of annual revenue and over 10,000 employees with complete industry chain is forming up.
