Snowflake and Palantir Forge Alliance to Streamline AI and Data-Driven Insights

October 16, 2025

In a significant move to simplify artificial intelligence and data analytics, cloud data specialist Snowflake and data intelligence firm Palantir have announced a new partnership. The collaboration, revealed on June 11, 2024, is centered on integrating Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) directly with the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. This strategic alliance is designed to empower joint customers by enabling them to build and deploy powerful AI applications with greater ease and efficiency, directly atop their data stored within Snowflake.

The core of this initiative is the new Palantir AIP Core for Snowflake, a native application that allows organizations to leverage their data without the need for complex data movement. By bringing the compute and AI capabilities of AIP to the data already residing in Snowflake’s platform, the partnership directly addresses a major hurdle in AI implementation. This streamlined approach aims to accelerate the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from initial data preparation and model development to the final deployment of data-driven applications for generating critical business insights.

This joint effort arrives at a pivotal moment for enterprises, many of which are struggling to operationalize AI and derive tangible value from their vast data reserves. The integration is positioned as a turnkey solution that reduces the technical barriers often associated with advanced analytics. By combining Snowflake’s secure and scalable data foundation with Palantir’s robust AI and decision-making tools, the partnership promises to help organizations more quickly automate processes, uncover hidden patterns, and make more informed strategic decisions, thereby unlocking the full potential of their data assets.
