Singtel collaborates with GMI Cloud for GPU capacity expansion

GMI Cloud's GPU will be integrated with Singtel’s Paragon.

Singtel and GMI Cloud announced its collaboration to expand GPU capacity by combining both companies' GPU resources and infrastructure.

GMI Cloud's GPU platform will be integrated with Singtel’s Paragon platform to leverage Singtel’s NVIDIA H100 Tensor Core GPU capacity in Singapore. Singtel also plans to launch its GPU-as-a-Service later this year and will expand its network of Nxera

data centres across Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia

“We've been developing next-generation digital infrastructure and partnerships to support the growing demand for scalable, efficient and cost-effective solutions across industries for compute-intensive workloads," said Bill Chang, CEO of Singtel’s Digital InfraCo and Nxera.

This collaboration follows Singtel's partnership with GPU cloud platforms Vultr in the US and Nscale in Europe to provide customers with greater geographic flexibility and robust infrastructure support wherever they need.
