The deployment represents a pioneering milestone for the Spanish digital infrastructure market, bringing to Europe the first deployment of one of the world's leading AI platforms and establishing Spain as a strategic location for advanced AI workloads. The project will support high-density AI operations designed to meet growing demand from enterprises seeking scalable, low-latency, and sovereign AI capabilities. As AI adoption accelerates across Europe, the collaboration between Templus and SWI Group will provide customers with access to state-of-the-art infrastructure supported by highly efficient, AI-ready data center environments.

Jaume Sabater, CEO of Stoneweg, part of SWI Group, commented that the partnership and agreement solidifies SWI Group's business objective of creating the best digital infrastructure, within the best locations, with the most advanced and up-to-date AI solutions, and expressed excitement about launching this initiative with Templus.

The agreement underscores a broader trend of transatlantic investment flowing into European digital infrastructure as demand for AI-ready capacity continues to outpace supply in key markets. SWI Group, a transatlantic investment group allocating more than 80% of its capital in digital infrastructure and listed on Euronext Amsterdam under ticker SWICH, brings significant financial backing to the project. Templus operates as Europe's first network of state-of-the-art, sustainable regional data centers, with locations across the main interconnection hubs in Spain, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Denmark and Switzerland, delivering best-in-class technology solutions through proximity, maximum security, and the highest standards of efficiency and sustainability. The project positions Spain as an emerging strategic hub for advanced AI workloads in Southern Europe, potentially catalyzing further investment in the region's digital infrastructure ecosystem.
