By: IDCNOVARegion: Europe
Nscale Limited has taken a major step toward becoming a publicly traded company, filing a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares. The London-based AI cloud platform has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "NSCL," though the number of shares to be offered and the price range have not yet been determined.

The move marks a significant milestone for a company positioning itself at the intersection of artificial intelligence infrastructure and energy-intensive computing. Nscale describes itself as a full-stack AI cloud platform that brings together software, compute, and power in a vertically integrated offering — spanning a unified cloud platform for AI training and inference to the data centers and low-cost power that underpin those operations. The company's stated mission is to "build the engine of superintelligence and enhance access to the benefits of advanced AI for enterprises, governments, and the communities that depend on them."

The offering will be managed by a broad syndicate of financial institutions. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley will serve as lead bookrunners, while RBC Capital Markets, BofA Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, Credit Agricole CIB, TD Securities, Mizuho, KeyBanc Capital Markets, Cantor, SMBC Nikko and Wolfe
