Nautilus Data Technologies Named NVIDIA AI Factory Infrastructure Partner

Nautilus Data Technologies, a pioneer in sustainable, high-performance liquid cooling infrastructure for data centers, has announced that its EcoCore® Facility Cooling Distribution Unit (FCD) has been officially recognized as NVIDIA-Validated AI Factory Infrastructure. The designation confirms that the system meets the stringent functional requirements for AI factory and data center deployments, and the EcoCore FCD is now listed on NVIDIA's DSX Infrastructure Marketplace—where it holds the highest-rated capacity among liquid-to-liquid cooling distribution units and is the first to achieve Large-Scale CDU validation.

The recognition carries significant weight for the industry. NVIDIA's Marketplace for NVIDIA-Validated AI Factory Infrastructure is designed to help data center operators and hyperscalers identify proven cooling, power, and infrastructure partners for next-generation AI GPU deployments. Achieving validation means the EcoCore FCD has successfully completed testing against more than one hundred NVIDIA technical requirements, a process that independently verified the unit's performance in real-world conditions. These results build on the performance data Nautilus announced in May 2026, which showed the FCD delivering cooling capacity exceeding 4.1 MW in N-mode dual-pump operation and 3.2 MW in N+1 mode. The system also demonstrated a 2°C approach temperature difference (ATD)—less than half the 4.8°C ATD reported for competing systems.

The certification underscores Nautilus's product maturity, which has been proven across multiple deployments over time. The EcoCore FCD is water-source agnostic, capable of operating on process water, chilled water, river water, seawater, or wastewater. Its design also prioritizes serviceability and resilience, allowing the unit to be maintained and upgraded in place while integrating seamlessly with Nautilus's degassing technology, the Air Detection Removal System.
