AZIO AI Signs Master Services Agreement with AT&T for Fiber Connectivity at 500MW Texas AI Campus

AZIO AI Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AZIO), a technology infrastructure company specializing in the development, ownership, and operation of artificial intelligence data centers and enterprise GPU compute infrastructure, announced today that it has executed a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with AT&T to provide enterprise fiber connectivity for its initial 500-megawatt AI data center platform in Texas. The agreement establishes the digital backbone required to support the company's hyperscale AI expansion strategy.

The MSA creates a standardized enterprise connectivity framework across AZIO AI's first Texas campus, delivering the high-capacity, low-latency network infrastructure essential for AI training, inference, GPU cloud computing, enterprise colocation, and other high-performance computing workloads. Under the terms of the agreement, AZIO AI has committed approximately $2.4 million for high-capacity fiber services, with the framework designed to streamline network deployment as the company advances its hyperscale AI strategy and pursues additional offtaker opportunities.

This connectivity foundation is a critical enabler of AZIO AI's broader infrastructure roadmap, which prioritizes scalable, LNG energy-backed data center capacity to meet the growing demand for GPU cloud and next-generation AI workloads. The company noted significant recent interest in its platform, including a Power Purchase and Hosting agreement with one of its GPU customers that will necessitate a rapid modular buildout on the property. Unlike many urban data center developments that face land-use and community constraints, AZIO AI's Texas campus is situated in an area specifically intended to accommodate large-scale industrial infrastructure.

The standardized framework established under this MSA positions AZIO AI to replicate its connectivity model across future campus developments, supporting the company's long-term vision of building scalable, energy-backed AI infrastructure.
